Duties include:
- Develop and make recommedations to the Board of Directors regarding the frequency, scheduling, location and format of all ASTA event involving sailing vessels and/or their crews and trainees
- Oversee and evaluate all ASTA-sponsored or sanctioned races and rallies
- Develop, promote, and maintain the ASTA Port Guide, Race Rules, Rally Guide and other publication as may be necessary for the conduct of events.
