This presentation will cover the best practices for using established and new online media tools, including websites, email, audio, video, blogs, RSS feeds, wiki’s, and more.

Biography:

Joe Follansbee has more than 20 years of media experience, including newspapers, magazines, radio, and online media. He is the author of three technology books covering online audio and video, as well as one book on Pacific Northwest maritime history. He spent six years in the Internet software business. He has written for a number of magazines, including Sea, Sea History,  and Maritime Life & Traditions. He is currently project manager for Maritime Heritage Network, http://www.maritimeheritage.net.
