Last year, Tall Ships America hosted speed dating style interviews with leading representatives in the industry. This year, a mentoring session is being hosted as a service for working crew who are looking for career counseling. The mentors have diverse backgrounds, will be sharing their expertise and giving advice on how to advance as a mate, engineer or educator.
