Did You Really Say That? A Discussion of Marketing, Applications, Medical and Other Documents.
This session will take a look at good (and not so good) language used on various forms – enrollment, medical, release, marketing etc. – and the hazards of exaggeration and unsupported claims and promises. Words do make a difference. They can inform, but they can also jeopardize the enforceability of your agreements with your participants and their parents.
